How To Remove Your ThinAir Hand Dryer Cover

Follow these easy step-by-step instructions on how to carefully and successfully remove your ThinAir Hand Dryer Cover. 

Step One: Disconnect the power supply to the dryer usually located in your electrical panel box.

Step Two: Locate the tamper-resistant bolt on the bottom of the unit.

Step Three: Take the tamper-proof wrench and secure the wrench in the tamper-resistant bolt. Note: The wrench comes with the hand dryer but if you have misplaced your wrench, you can receive one by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 800-255-9235.

Step Four:  Twist to the left to loosen. Keep your hands in front of the cover as you loosen the bolt, so the cover does not fall off.

Step Five: Lift from the bottom, clearing the nozzle.

Step Six: Save the bolt to secure the cover following your cleaning and/ or repair.

Step Seven: Replace the cover place. Place from the top over the wall plate and push the cover bottom until flush to the wall. 

Step Eight: Secure bolt with tamper-resistant wrench.
