Orders must have an accurate shipping address, complete with suite and/or floor number, and contact name and number if necessary. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the cancellation of the order. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information.
Warranty: All hand dryers are covered by a parts-replacement warranty. To complete a warranty claim, the customer must contact Excel Dryer Inc.’s technical support team and provide dryer serial number as well as the performance issue to be resolved. For more information see the product warranty.
Returns: A RMA is required for all returns. The dryer must be new, uninstalled, and less than 1 year from date of shipment. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The serial number must be provided, and the RMA number provided by Excel Dryer must be referenced on the return package. RMA will be void if dryers have been installed or if the returned dryer’s serial number is different than serial number on RMA. For more information see the product warranty.
Cancellations: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If a customer wants to cancel an order after shipment, it will be considered a return.
Payment in full for all orders will be collected at the time of order. Order will ship within specified lead time –
Parts and accessories ship within 2 business days.
1-12 Dryers ship within 5 business days depending on cover option.
LTL orders ship within 10 business days depending on cover option.
Special Image or Special Paint hand dryers or accessories ship within 3-4 weeks.
Tax: You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling, if required by law. Excel Dryer, Inc., must collect sales tax for orders SHIPPED to the states of MI, MA, CT, NY, and RI. To obtain tax-exempt purchasing privileges, a valid state tax-exempt number is required.
Export: Excel Dryer Inc. does not offer drop-shipping to addresses outside the United States for domestic customers. We reserve the right to refuse documentation necessary for export unless this need was previously identified at the time of the order. Our warranty covers replacement parts for exported hand dryers, excluding shipping charges and additional fees.
Updates: We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions periodically, and will notify you of changes through reasonable means, such as a sales bulletin or posting a revised version on our website, www.exceldryer.com.
